Ingredients
- 4 mainly waxy potatoes (about 300 g)
- Sea salt
- 300 g canned tuna in its own juice
- 4 tbsp crème fraîche
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp chives
- Lemon juice
- pepper (ground)
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 200°C fan.

Wash the potatoes and place them on a bed of sea salt on a baking tray. Cover with more sea salt and bake in the oven for about 40 minutes until cooked.

Meanwhile, drain the tuna well and flake it. Mix the crème fraîche with mayonnaise and chives, then fold in the tuna. Season with salt, lemon juice, and pepper to taste.

Slice the potatoes lengthwise and loosen the interior with a fork. Spread the tuna mixture over the potato halves and serve.
