Ingredients
- 800 g shrimp (pre-cooked)
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 chilies
- 1 tbsp ginger (fresh grated)
- 1 bunch coriander leaves
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 Lime (juice)
- 3 tbsp rice wine
- light soy sauce
- Salt

Wash and pat dry the shrimp.

Peel and finely chop the garlic.

Wash and finely chop the chilies.

Remove stems from the coriander and cut into pieces.

Briefly sauté the shrimp in hot oil. Add garlic, chili, and ginger; cook for about 1 minute, then remove from heat. Add lime juice, rice wine, and a splash of soy sauce. Season with salt and let stand at lukewarm temperature for about 15 minutes. Finally add coriander, taste, and serve.
