Marinated Sea Bream Rolls

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 640 g sea bream fillet (double fillets, 4 fillets)
  • 1 orange
  • 1 Organic lemon
  • 3 tbsp Raisins
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 2 Spring Onions

Instructions

    Grease a baking dish with 1 tsp olive oil.

  2. 2.

    Rinse the sea bream fillets under cold water, pat dry and slash the skin side several times with a knife. Roll the fillets skin side inward into rolls and place them in the baking dish.

    Wash the orange and lemon hot, pat dry, grate the zest and squeeze out the juice. Mix with raisins and season with salt and pepper.

    Wash the spring onions, shake off water, trim and cut into thin diagonal rings.

  5. 5.

    Spread the marinated mixture with spring onion rings over the fish rolls and drizzle with the remaining olive oil. Cover and refrigerate for about 12 hours.

    Bake the rolls in a preheated oven at 220 °C (fan 200 °C; gas: level 3–4) for 25–30 minutes.
