- 4 swordfish steaks (180 g each)
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 small pineapple
- 2 small tomatoes
- 1 onion
- 3 stems coriander
- salt (pepper)

Peel the pineapple, quarter lengthwise, remove the core and finely dice the fruit. Cut the tomatoes crosswise, blanch hot, peel, remove seeds, and finely dice. Peel the onion and cut into fine cubes. Mix everything together, season with salt and pepper, and let it rest for 10 minutes.

Wash the fish, pat dry, drizzle with lime juice, season with salt and pepper, and brush with oil. Grill each side of the fish for 2-3 minutes, plate on dishes. Spoon some salsa over the fish and garnish with coriander leaves.
