Ingredients
- 600 g fresh, smaller porcini mushrooms
- 10 tbsp olive oil
- 1 Garlic clove
- 50 g Sun-dried tomatoes
- 2 tsp dried garden herbs
- Salt
- Pepper (freshly ground)

Clean the mushrooms, trim stems and slice into thicker pieces. Cut the sun‑dried tomatoes into strips. Peel the garlic and slice thinly.

Heat 4 tbsp olive oil and quickly brown the porcini in batches with the garlic on both sides, seasoning with salt, pepper and herbs; fold in tomato strips.
