Ingredients
- 2 untreated lemons
- 1 small sprig rosemary
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp coarse black pepper (freshly ground)
- salt to taste
- coriander stalk for garnish
Instructions

Rinse the lemons and pat dry. Slice the lemons into very thin rounds using a mandoline or sharp knife.

Finely chop the rosemary leaves. Whisk together the olive oil, rosemary, pepper, and about ½ tsp salt. Pour over the lemon slices and cover; refrigerate for 1 hour.

Serve the lemon slices garnished with coriander sprigs.
