Blue Cheese Dressing

Blue cheese and salad – not tried yet? Then hurry, because here comes the aromatic blue‑mold cheese dressing from Spoonsparrow!

Ingredients

  • 100 g blue cheese
  • 0.5 bunch Parsley (10 g)
  • 1 lemon
  • 200 g Buttermilk
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup (15 g)
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions

    Cut the blue cheese into cubes. Wash and dry the parsley, then pinch off the leaves. Halve the lemon and squeeze out the juice.

    Add the cheese, parsley, lemon juice, buttermilk, and maple syrup to a tall container and blend with an immersion blender until creamy. Season the dressing with salt and pepper.
