Ingredients

  • 100 g white couverture
  • 100 g dark milk couverture
  • 3 tbsp mixed nuts (e.g., pecans, sunflower seeds…)
  • 3 tbsp mixed seeds (e.g., pumpkin, sunflower seeds…)
  • 1 tbsp dried cherries
  • 1 tbsp palm oil

Instructions

  1. 1.

Cut the chocolate into small pieces. Divide the palm oil in half and place each portion in a bowl over a water bath. Add 80 g of the chopped white chocolate to one bowl and 80 g of the chopped dark milk chocolate to the other.

  2. 2.

Melt the chocolate slowly over the hot, but not boiling, water bath. Temper with the remaining chopped chocolate by adding it into the already melted chocolate.

  3. 3.

Drop the two chocolates in eight dollops each (one dark and one white) onto parchment paper and marble with a wooden stick. Roughly chop the nuts, seeds, and cherries and sprinkle them loosely over the slightly cooled chocolate; let them set.

  4. 4.

Remove the cooled chocolate from the parchment and serve with coffee.
