Ingredients
- 300 g Kale
- 1 kohlrabi
- 1 Zucchini
- 250 g Potatoes
- 1 onion
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 1 chili pepper
- 2 tbsp oil
- 750 ml vegetable broth
- 250 ml unsweetened coconut milk (canned)
- 0.5 tsp thyme
- 0.5 tsp allspice (ground)
- Salt
- black pepper (freshly ground)
- 2 chicken breast fillets
- 2 tbsp chives

Wash the kale, slice the leaves into fine strips, trim and dice the stems finely. Peel or wash the kohlrabi, potatoes, and zucchini and cut them into small cubes. Peel the onion and garlic and mince finely. Clean the chili pepper, peel, deseed, and dice very small.

Heat oil in a pot, sauté onion, garlic, and chili until fragrant, then add kale stems, kohlrabi, zucchini, and potatoes and cook for about 5 minutes over medium heat. Add chopped kale leaves and pour in broth and coconut milk.
