Ingredients

  • 1 Mango
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 300 g MinusL shelf-stable yogurt (plain)

Instructions

    Peel the mango and cut the flesh away from the pit. Roughly chop into pieces and place in a blender. Add sugar, lemon juice, and yogurt; blend until smooth.

    Add about 250 ml water to reach desired consistency and blend again until frothy.

    Serve in glasses.
