Ingredients

  • 4 passion fruits
  • 1 Mango
  • 2 Bananas
  • 1 lemon
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 200 g yogurt
  • 10 ice cubes
  • 200 ml milk

Instructions

    Halve the passion fruits and scoop out the pulp. Pass through a fine sieve to remove the seeds. Reserve some for garnish and add the passion fruit pulp to a blender.

    Peel the mango, remove the flesh from the pit and cut into pieces. Peel the bananas and slice them. Squeeze the lemon juice and combine with banana, mango, sugar, yogurt and ice cubes in the blender. Blend until smooth and pour in milk to reach desired consistency.

    Pour the smoothie into glasses and serve garnished with seeds.
