Ingredients
- 1 l dry Spanish red wine
- 0.5 l mineral water
- 1 unprocessed lemon
- 1 unprocessed orange
- 2 peaches
- 60 g sugar
Instructions

Slice the lemon and orange into rounds. Heat the peaches, steep briefly, peel them, then cut into wedges.

Place the fruits in a glass jug, sprinkle with sugar, pour over the wine and mineral water, chill, and garnish with mint leaves before serving.
