Ingredients

  • 2 large ripe mangos
  • 1 small Grapefruit
  • Ice cubes
  • 1 tbsp acacia honey
  • mint (for garnish)

Instructions

    Peel the mangos, remove the flesh from the pit, dice the flesh, place in a shallow bowl and chill for about 40 minutes. Halve the grapefruit and squeeze out the juice.

    Add mango cubes and grapefruit juice with ice cubes to a blender, add honey, and blend until smooth. Taste and add more honey if desired.

    Place 2-3 ice cubes in glasses. Pour the smoothie over them and serve immediately. Garnish with fruit slices and fresh mint as desired.
