Mango Vanilla Shake

Ingredients

  • 3 ripe mangos
  • 1 Vanilla bean
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tsp honey (or liquid sweetener)
  • 400 ml Buttermilk

Instructions

    Wash and pat dry the mangos. Cut 4 small slices from one mango for garnish and set aside; peel the remaining mangos and remove the flesh from the stone.

    Slice the vanilla bean lengthwise and scrape out the seeds; reserve the pod for garnish. Blend the mango flesh with lemon juice, vanilla seeds, honey, and buttermilk until smooth.

    Pour into 4 glasses and serve garnished with mango slices and the scraped vanilla pod.
