Mango Tartlets

Ingredients

  • butter (for greasing the pan)
  • 0.5 Mango
  • 2 Apples
  • 200 ml heavy cream
  • 2 Eggs
  • 50 g sugar
  • 40 g ground almonds
  • 2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • powdered sugar (for dusting)

Instructions

    Preheat the oven to 180°C fan and grease a muffin tin with 6 cavities.

    Peel the mango and slice it into thin strips. Peel the apples and dice them.

    Whisk together the cream, eggs, sugar, almonds, and cinnamon.

    Fill each cavity with apple cubes, pour the cream mixture over them, and arrange mango strips on top.

    Bake in the oven for about 25 minutes, allow to cool, then carefully lift the tartlets from the tin.

    Serve on plates and dust with powdered sugar.
