- 250 ml orange juice
- 1 large ripe mango
- soy drink (soy milk)
- 4 tbsp Maple syrup
- Ice cubes

Fill an ice cube tray with orange juice and freeze.

Peel the mango and separate the flesh from the pit. Blend the soy milk and maple syrup in a blender. Distribute the ice cubes into 4 glasses, pour the soy milk shake over them, and serve with straws.
