Fresh mango salsa with aromatic spices and bright citrus flavors.
Ingredients
- 2 mangos
- 4 cloves of cardamom
- 1 tsp freshly grated ginger
- 1 tsp brown sugar
- 1 lemon (juice)
- 2 tbsp freshly chopped coriander leaves
- Salt
- Cayenne pepper
- coriander (for garnish)
Instructions

Peel the mangos, remove the pits and dice into small cubes. Combine with cardamom, lemon juice, ginger, brown sugar, and chopped coriander; let rest for 30 minutes.

Season the salsa with salt and cayenne pepper, then serve in small bowls garnished with coriander leaves.
