Mango Matcha Latte

The Mango Matcha Latte from Spoonsparrow brings a genuine summer feeling to the glass.

Ingredients

  • 2 tsp matcha tea powder
  • 100 g mango flesh (fresh or frozen)
  • 2 handfuls ice cubes
  • 130 ml chilled kefir

Instructions

    Add matcha powder to a bowl, pour in 100 ml hot water (70–80 °C) and whisk until frothy. Let the matcha cool briefly.

    Puree the mango flesh finely.

    Pour the fruit puree into two glasses. Fill with ice cubes and carefully add kefir. Finally, slowly pour the matcha over the top and serve the Mango Matcha Latte immediately.
