Ingredients

  • 300 g lychees
  • 1 tsp ground cardamom
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 500 g yogurt
  • 400 ml chilled lychee juice
  • 4 cardamom pods

Instructions

    Peel the lychees and cut the flesh away from the seed. Set aside 8 halves for garnish.

    Place the remaining lychees in a blender. Blend with cardamom, honey, and yogurt until creamy. Add the lychee juice gradually until the lassi is nicely thickened.

    Serve in four glasses, garnished with the reserved lychees and one opened cardamom pod each.
