- 400 ml milk
- 100 ml whipping cream
- 3 very ripe bananas
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 0.5 banana (for garnish)
- 1 handful ice cubes

Peel the bananas, chop them, and mix with the lemon juice.

Pour the milk and cream into a blender, add the banana pieces and ice cubes.

Blend everything powerfully for several minutes.

Slice the banana for garnish in thick rounds, make diagonal cuts, and stick them on the rim of four highball glasses.
