Ingredients
- 300 g full‑fat plain yogurt (3.5%)
- 500 ml water
- Ice cubes
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 150 g mango flesh (more if desired)
- 1 splash rosewater
- A pinch cardamom (to taste)
- 1 tbsp finely chopped mint

Combine everything except 100 g of yogurt in a blender and blend until smooth.

Taste with mango pulp and cardamom, pour into glasses, top with the remaining yogurt, garnish with mint, and serve immediately.
