Mango Lassi

Ingredients

  • 300 g full‑fat plain yogurt (3.5%)
  • 500 ml water
  • Ice cubes
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 150 g mango flesh (more if desired)
  • 1 splash rosewater
  • A pinch cardamom (to taste)
  • 1 tbsp finely chopped mint

Instructions

    Combine everything except 100 g of yogurt in a blender and blend until smooth.

    Taste with mango pulp and cardamom, pour into glasses, top with the remaining yogurt, garnish with mint, and serve immediately.
