Ingredients

  • 4 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp oats
  • 2 tbsp chopped hazelnuts
  • 250 g mascarpone
  • 350 g yogurt
  • 0.5 vanilla bean (pulp)
  • 1 tsp cinnamon powder
  • 40 g powdered sugar
  • 100 ml whipping cream
  • 2 mangoes

    Caramelize the sugar in a pan. Separate the oats and nuts, spread on parchment paper, and let cool.

    Whisk mascarpone with yogurt, vanilla pulp, cinnamon, and powdered sugar until smooth. Beat the cream stiffly and fold into the mixture. Peel the mangoes, remove the flesh from the pit, and dice. Puree half of the fruit finely and mix it into half of the cream. Divide this into four glasses, top with the remaining cream, and arrange mango cubes on top.
