Ingredients
- 2 ripe mangoes
- 300 g natural yogurt
- 50 g sugar
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- mint (for garnish)
Instructions

Peel the mangoes, cut the flesh away from the pit and place 4-8 very thin slices in the refrigerator covered for garnish.

Blend the remaining mango with yogurt, sugar, and lemon juice, taste, and cover to chill in the refrigerator for about 2 hours. Serve by filling dessert bowls and garnishing with mint leaves and mango slices.
