- 60 g tuna fillet
- 80 g rockfish fillet
- 1 cucumber (~10 cm)
- a handful of chives
- 1 nori sheet
- 150 g cooked sushi rice
Instructions
-
1.
Wash the salmon, pat dry and cut into thin 5 mm strips. Do the same with the tuna. Cut the washed, dried rockfish into long pieces about 1 cm thick. Peel the cucumber, halve it lengthwise, remove seeds with a spoon and slice into sticks about 1 cm thick. Shake off excess water from the chives.

2.
Cut the nori sheet in half lengthwise. Wrap the sushi mat with plastic wrap and place the nori on the smooth side. Spread half of the rice over it and press lightly. Carefully flip the sheet. Place tuna on the mat, then lay the nori with the rice side down. Press gently. Add a few chives, two cucumber sticks and a piece of rockfish. Roll the nori from the bottom up. Press the edge slightly. Slice the roll into eight equal pieces.
