Ingredients
- 150 g shrimp
- 400 ml Chicken broth
- 400 ml unsweetened coconut milk (canned)
- 150 g egg noodles
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 2 tsp Curry powder
- Salt
- pepper (ground)
- 2 tbsp Lime juice
- 2 tbsp parsley
- 0.5 lime (slices)
Instructions

Cook the noodles in boiling broth for about 5 minutes, then reduce heat and add shrimp and coconut milk to the broth and warm through.

Season the soup with salt, chili powder, curry powder, pepper and lime juice, tasting as you go.

To serve, ladle the soup into bowls, sprinkle with parsley and place a lime slice on top.
