Ingredients
- 2 small mackerels (about 500 g each)
- lemons
- 1 fresh head of garlic
- Salt
- pepper (ground)
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley
- 2 tbsp butter

Wash the mackerels, pat dry, season inside and out with salt and pepper, drizzle with lemon juice, let sit briefly.

Separate the garlic head into cloves, peel, and slice thinly.

In a large pan melt the butter and cook the mackerels over medium heat for about 5 minutes per side. After flipping, add the garlic slices and finish by briefly sautéing the parsley. Serve with baguette, half a lemon, and a dry white wine.
