Ingredients
- 120 g smoked mackerel fillet
- 250 g double cream cheese
- 50 ml whipping cream
- 1 tbsp chopped dill
- Salt
- pepper (ground)
Instructions

Inspect the mackerel fillets for bones and remove skin if desired. Break the fillets into pieces with a fork.

Whisk the cream cheese and whipping cream until smooth, then fold in the mackerel and dill.

Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve with raisin bread.
