Iced Coffee with a Twist

Refreshing and delicious: Try the iced coffee with a splash of Spoonsparrow.

Ingredients

  • 600 ml strong brewed coffee
  • 150 g powdered sugar
  • 80 ml white rum
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 10 large crushed ice cubes
  • 80 g whipped cream
  • 4 lemon slices
  • coffee grounds

Instructions

    Stir the coffee with powdered sugar and refrigerate for about 1 hour.

    Whisk the rum and lemon juice into the chilled coffee.

    Distribute the crushed ice among four tall glasses, pour the coffee mixture over it. Beat the whipped cream to semi-firm consistency and top the iced coffee. Halve the lemon slices, dip them in a little coffee grounds, and place decoratively on the rim of each glass.
