Ingredients
- 200 g Flour
- 200 g butter
- 100 g powdered sugar
- 100 g ground hazelnuts
- 1 egg
- ground cloves
- Ground Cinnamon
- grated lemon zest (organic)
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 300 g gooseberry jam
- 1 egg yolk
- powdered sugar (for dusting)

For the dough, knead the flour with the butter and combine all remaining ingredients into a smooth shortcrust pastry. Wrap the dough in cling film and refrigerate for 1 hour.

Preheat the oven to 160°C fan.

Press about three‑quarters of the dough into a springform pan, shaping a rim. Spread the gooseberry jam over it. Roll out the remaining dough, cut star shapes, place them on top of the tart. Beat the egg yolk with 1–2 tsp water and brush the pastry with it. Bake in the preheated oven for about 1 hour until golden brown.

Remove, dust with powdered sugar, and let cool. Release from the pan and serve cut into pieces.
