Linguine with Scampi and Shrimp

Ingredients
- 400 g linguine
- 250 g shrimp
- 2 shallots
- 1 Garlic clove
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 0.25 l white wine
- 80 g grated parmesan
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 0.5 bunch Basil
Instructions

Cook linguine in boiling salted water for about 10-15 minutes until al dente.

Peel and finely chop shallots and garlic, then sauté them in hot oil. Deglaze with wine, add Parmesan, and let it reduce. Season with salt, pepper, and lemon juice.

Rinse shrimp cold, pat dry, add to the sauce and cook for 3 minutes.

Drain the finished pasta, allow it to drain well, and mix it in a large bowl with the sauce. Wash basil, shake off excess water, pinch leaves, finely chop, and fold into the mixture.

Serve on preheated plates.
