Sesame-Honey Shrimp

Ingredients
- 10 g ginger (1 piece)
- 600 g giant shrimp (deveined, peeled except for tail fin)
- 2 tbsp germ oil
- Salt
- 15 g liquid honey (1 tbsp)
- 15 g sesame seeds (1 tbsp)
Instructions

Peel the ginger and slice it into thin strips.

Rinse the shrimp under cold water and pat dry.

Heat the oil in a pan. Sauté the shrimp and ginger over medium heat for 2–3 minutes, turning occasionally. Lightly salt, add honey, toss the shrimp, and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
