Sesame-Honey Shrimp

Ingredients

  • 10 g ginger (1 piece)
  • 600 g giant shrimp (deveined, peeled except for tail fin)
  • 2 tbsp germ oil
  • Salt
  • 15 g liquid honey (1 tbsp)
  • 15 g sesame seeds (1 tbsp)

Instructions

    Peel the ginger and slice it into thin strips.

    Rinse the shrimp under cold water and pat dry.

  3. 3.

    Heat the oil in a pan. Sauté the shrimp and ginger over medium heat for 2–3 minutes, turning occasionally. Lightly salt, add honey, toss the shrimp, and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
