Shrimp Skewers with Zucchini

Delicious skewers packed with protein and vegetables

Ingredients

  • 12 shrimp (peeled)
  • 1 Zucchini
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 1 tsp finely chopped rosemary needles
  • Salt
  • freshly ground pepper
  • 4 shish kebab skewers (soaked in water)

Instructions

    Wash the zucchini and shave it lengthwise into thin strips.

    Mix pressed garlic with lemon juice, oil, rosemary, salt, and pepper; add shrimp and vegetables, let sit briefly, then skewer alternately on the grill sticks.

    Grill over high heat for about 3 minutes, turning occasionally.
