Ingredients
- 350 g linguine
- Salt
- 1 onion
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 1 can chickpeas (280 g)
- 1 large lemon (juice)
- 2 tsp dried herbs de Provence
- chili flakes
Instructions

Cook the linguine in sparkling salted water until al dente.

Peel and dice the onion, peel the garlic cloves. Heat the oil in a large hot pan and sauté the onion lightly brown. Then add the garlic and cook together. Drain the chickpeas, pat dry, and add to the pan. Stir for 1-2 minutes, then stir in lemon juice, herbs, and a good pinch of chili flakes. Toss the drained pasta with the sauce and season with salt and pepper.
