Ingredients
- 400 g linguine
- 1 small lobster (cooked, extracted meat about 500 g)
- 1 bell pepper
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 2 Garlic cloves
- Salt
- Pepper (freshly ground)
- 0.5 bunch parsley (for garnish)
Instructions

Divide the lobster meat into bite-sized pieces. Peel the bell pepper with a vegetable peeler, halve it, remove seeds, and dice finely. Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan. Peel and finely chop the garlic.

Sauté the bell pepper with garlic in hot oil for about 10 minutes until tender, seasoning with salt and pepper.

Briefly sear the lobster meat in 1 tbsp oil, lightly salting it.

Cook linguine according to package instructions, drain and let stand, then mix with bell pepper and chopped parsley before plating with lobster on a dish.
