Ingredients
- 2 bunches lemongrass (Asian market)
- 4 limes
- 6 tbsp brown cane sugar
- 1 bunch mint
- crushed ice
- 350 ml orange liqueur (e.g., Cointreau)
Instructions

Wash two stalks of lemongrass, pat dry and finely chop. Wash limes, dry rub and cut into pieces.

Place a few lime pieces, some lemongrass and 1 tbsp sugar in each glass and muddle with a pestle. Pick mint leaves from the stems and scatter over the glasses.

Top with crushed ice. Add liqueur, stir, and garnish with remaining lemongrass.
