Ingredients
- 1 Banana
- 4 ripe figs
- 200 g yogurt
- 200 ml Buttermilk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract

Peel the banana, cut into small cubes about 2 tablespoons in size, set aside for garnish. Roughly chop the rest of the banana. Halve the figs, scrape out the flesh with a small spoon and combine with the banana pieces, yogurt, buttermilk, and vanilla in a blender; blend until smooth.

Pour the smoothie into glasses, add the reserved banana cubes on top, and serve immediately.
