Ingredients

  • 200 g heavy cream
  • 200 g dark chocolate
  • 2 tbsp Amaretto
  • powdered sugar (for dusting)

Instructions

    Pour the cream into a saucepan and bring to a boil. Break the chocolate into pieces.

    Remove the hot cream from the stove and stir in the chocolate until melted. Add the Amaretto.

    Let the chocolate cream cool slightly, then transfer it to a tall mixing bowl and refrigerate for about 2 hours.

    Take the chocolate cream out of the fridge and whip it with a hand mixer until frothy.

    Serve the chocolate cream in small serving bowls or tall glass cups and dust lightly with powdered sugar. Garnish with mint leaves and chocolate shavings if desired.
