Light Chocolate Pudding English Style with Oranges

- 115 g reduced-fat butter (for greasing)
- 115 g sugar
- 100 g flour
- 2 tsp Baking powder
- 15 g cocoa powder
- 2 eggs (beaten)
- 25 g dark chocolate (85% cacao), finely grated
- 1 orange (peeled and sliced)

Grease a 1‑liter pudding mold suitable for microwave use. Whisk the remaining butter with sugar until fluffy. Add flour, baking powder, cocoa powder, and eggs; mix well. Place half of the chocolate shavings in the mold and arrange orange slices on top. Sprinkle the rest of the chocolate shavings over them, then pour the batter in. Cover with a large sheet of parchment paper and tie securely with kitchen twine. Microwave for 5 minutes at high heat. Leave another 5 minutes after baking time ends, then remove, transfer to a plate, and serve immediately.

If no microwave is available, bake in a preheated oven (never covered!) at 180°C (fan‑forced, middle rack) for about 30–35 minutes.
