- 2 lemons
- 2 tbsp powdered sugar
- 1 l cold mineral water

Pick the yellow petals from the dandelion flowers and place them in a sealable container (e.g., screw-top jar). Squeeze the lemons and drizzle the juice over the petals. Seal and let steep for about 2 days. Then strain through a sieve, squeeze out excess liquid, and stir in powdered sugar. Top with mineral water and serve garnished with lemon slices as desired.
