Watermelon Lemonade

Ingredients
- 500 g watermelon
- 1 lemon
- 2 limes
- 250 ml sparkling mineral water
- crushed ice
- 2 tbsp agave syrup

Cut the watermelon into wedges, remove seeds and separate flesh from rind. Halve lemons and limes and squeeze out juice. Add watermelon, lemon juice and 3 tbsp crushed ice to a blender and blend until smooth.

Sweeten the melon puree with agave syrup. Divide among four tall glasses, top with sparkling mineral water and plenty of ice. Enjoy chilled.
