Lemon Vodka Sorbet

A refreshing sorbet made with fresh ingredients from the tropical fruit category.
Ingredients
- 4 limes (organic, juice)
- 5 tbsp Honey
- 1 Egg white
- 60 ml vodka
Instructions

Fill lime juice with 200 ml water, bring to a boil, stir in honey until dissolved. Let cool.

Whip egg whites until stiff, mix with the lime water and vodka, then pour into a shallow baking dish or metal bowl.

Place the mixture in the freezer for about 4 hours, stirring at least every hour. Alternatively finish with an ice cream maker.

To serve, scoop balls and present in glasses.
