Ingredients
- 250 g sliced beans
- salt, pepper freshly ground
- 1 red chili pepper, onion and radicchio each
- 500 g spaghetti
- 6 tbsp Olive oil
- zest of 1 untreated lemon

Rinse the beans, trim them and cut into fine strips. Boil in salted water for about 5 minutes. Drain, rinse with cold water and let drain well.

Clean the radicchio, slice into strips and spin dry. Peel and dice the onion. Clean the chili pepper, rinse and finely chop it. Cook spaghetti in plenty of salted water according to package instructions until al dente.

Heat olive oil in a non‑stick pan. Sauté onion, beans, radicchio and chili for 2–3 minutes. Stir in lemon zest and season with salt and pepper. Drain the spaghetti and mix with the bean mixture.
