Ingredients
- 750 ml milk
- 120 g round grain rice
- 1 raw lemon
- 60 g sugar
- 20 ml Grand Marnier
- 200 ml whipping cream
- Salt

Bring milk, rice, salt, and sugar to a boil and simmer on low heat for 40 minutes, stirring occasionally. Rinse the lemon hot, zest one lemon, and squeeze the juice. Remove the rice from the pot, stir in Grand Marnier and lemon juice. Whip the cream until stiff peaks form and fold it gently into the pudding.
