Ingredients
- 200 g butter
- 120 g powdered sugar
- 4 egg yolks
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 50 g grated almonds
- 220 g flour
- Apricot jam
- 100 g chocolate

Beat butter, sugar and vanilla sugar until fluffy. Gradually add the yolks, then stir in the almonds and sifted flour. Fill a piping bag with a smooth tip, pipe finger‑length sticks onto greased baking sheet and bake at high heat.

Let cool, spread slightly diluted apricot marmalade between two cookies, assemble and dip half into melted chocolate. Cool and set, then store in tin containers.
