Cinnamon Apple Banana Pudding (Golden)
Try the delicious cinnamon apple banana pudding (golden) from Becel Gold Multitalent Ursula!
Ingredients
- 1 large apple
- 1 small Banana
- 1 packet pudding powder (vanilla)
- a few raisins
- some sugar (or sugar substitute)
- 700 ml milk
- 2 large tablespoons margarine
- 1 sachet (Bourbon) vanilla sugar
- some muesli
Instructions
-
1.
First cut the apple and banana into small pieces. Stir in the pudding powder according to the package instructions. You can replace part of the sugar with sweetener or stevia, and you don’t need as much as the packaging suggests because vanilla sugar and fruit also add sweetness. I always use only a little liquid sweetener.

2.
Heat one large tablespoon of margarine in a big pan. Add the apples, some cinnamon, and the Bourbon vanilla sugar. When the apples are golden brown, add the banana pieces and raisins. Shortly after, pour in the remaining milk that you didn’t mix with the powder. I use more milk than required to create a cream rather than a pudding.

3.
Then bring the milk to a boil and stir in the pudding mixture on a cold stove top. Cook it while stirring until thickened.

4.
Serve the dish in pretty bowls and top with some cinnamon and crispy muesli toasted in a large tablespoon of margarine. Enjoy! P.S.: Depending on portion size, it can be a main or dessert.
