Lemon Meatball Patties

Ingredients
- 500 g ground beef
- 1 onion
- 1 bunch parsley (finely chopped)
- 2 Eggs
- 1 tsp paprika powder
- 1 tsp Mustard
- breadcrumbs
- oil (for frying)
- 250 ml meat broth
- 2 lemons
- 6 cloves young garlic
- 2 tbsp butter
- Salt
- ground pepper
- parsley (for garnish)
Instructions

Peel lemons thoroughly with a sharp knife.

Peel and finely chop onion. Sauté in a little oil, then mix parsley, eggs, mustard, and paprika into the ground beef; knead in breadcrumbs as needed to form a firm, not too soft dough. Shape oval patties and fry in hot oil over medium heat until golden brown all around. Remove and drain on kitchen paper. Discard excess oil from pan, briefly sauté garlic cloves, then deglaze with meat broth. Bring to boil and add lemon slices. Season with salt and pepper.

Arrange meatball patties on plates and place lemon slices on top. Remove sauce from heat and stir in cold butter. Season with salt and pepper and drizzle over the dish. Serve garnished with parsley.
