Ingredients

  • 6 lemons (juice)
  • 150 g powdered sugar
  • 2 egg whites
  • 200 g whipping cream

Instructions

    Refill lemon juice with 400 ml water, stir in powdered sugar until dissolved while stirring.

    Whip egg whites stiff and mix with the lemon water, then pour into a shallow baking dish or metal bowl.

    Place mixture for about 3 hours in the freezer and stir at least every hour.

    For serving whip cream stiff and layer with granita in tall glasses. Serve immediately garnished with lemon slices.
