Ingredients
- 1 untreated orange
- 1 lemon
- 1 grapefruit
- 200 g mascarpone
- 1 EL liquid honey
- 150 ml whipping cream
- 10 ladyfinger biscuits
- 40 ml orange liqueur
- mint (for garnish)

Wash the orange hot and peel the zest.

Peel the orange, lemon, and grapefruit, removing the white pith; separate the fruit segments from the membranes and cut them into small pieces.

Stir the mascarpone with honey, whip the cream stiff, and fold it in.

Distribute half of the fruits onto dessert glasses, crumble the ladyfinger biscuits over them, drizzle with liqueur. Spread half of the cream on top and repeat the process. Sprinkle with orange zest and serve garnished with mint.
