Ingredients

  • 4 lemons
  • 200 g canned tuna (in oil)
  • 150 g cream cheese
  • 1 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
  • Salt
  • ground pepper
  • Cayenne pepper

Instructions

    Wash the lemons hot, pat dry, cut off a lid along the length and slightly flatten the bottom. Scoop out the pulp with a spoon, deseed, and chop half of the pulp finely.

    Flake the tuna finely and mix it with cream cheese and lemon pulp. Stir in olive oil and season with salt and pepper.

    Fill the tuna salad into the lemons, sprinkle with cayenne pepper, and place the lid back on.
