Ingredients
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp harissa
- 1 tsp ground red peppercorns
- 4 untreated lemons
- Salt
- Pepper (freshly ground)
Instructions

Peel the garlic, finely chop it, and warm it in the oil for a few minutes. Dissolve the harissa in a little water and add it with the peppercorns and diced lemon halves (with zest).

Add about 1 cup of water, season with salt and pepper, cover, and simmer gently over low heat for about 20 minutes. Taste and transfer to a prepared jar.
